Cannot add neighbors

I cannot add neighbors.
There are only three Blitz games.
When is Rock You going to fix these problems?

Rock You fixed the Aurora Borealis problem.
Still pending: adding neighbors.

This must be an error, but it is still going on for a long time now. The scene called Aurora Borealis (chapter 10) requires 100 energy canisters per play, while all the others require 10.
Players max out at 30 even when drawing from their inventory. So, it is impossible to play this scene.
Please fix this!
